Key Program Dates:
+ Dec 8th: Lab kits are mailed to your home.
+ Dec 29th: Get access to pre-program materials + Facebook group where there is endless support, wins, and meals posted by others in the group!
+ Jan 8th: Week 1 educational module released. The modules will be released every Thursday for the next 10 weeks.
+ Jan 13th-Mar 17th Weekly shared nutrition appointment on zoom every Tuesday at 12pm ET. If you can’t attend live, we send out a recording the next day.
+ Jan 13th You receive your recorded video from your dietitian explaining your personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
+ Jan 26th-30th: The group will complete ProLon, a 5 day fasting mimicking diet (we screen everyone to ensure safety. If it’s not a good fit for you, we will decide on a different plan).
+ Feb 3rd: You receive your recorded video from your dietitian explaining your lab results and personalized nutrition and supplement plan.
+ Mar 19th: Graduation Zoom Call at 12pm ET.
